Once a package is marked as "Delivered" on the official tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered.
If you have not received the parcel despite the tracking showing it as delivered, we request you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
However, once the package is officially marked as delivered, Dvik Jewels is no longer responsible for any claims related to non-receipt.
We recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery agent, or your nearest courier office in such cases.
