Important Information

Custom-made or personalized items-including special sizing, engravings, or custom designs-are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping costs, rush fees, and charges for additional services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Items that do not pass the quality inspection due to wear, damage, or alterations will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
