Return Eligibility

Listed and catalog items may be eligible for return within
30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or issue.
  • In certain situations, if the item does not meet expectations, return requests may be considered at our discretion.

Before initiating any return, you must contact us first at
support@dvikjewels.com to explain the reason for the return. Once your request
is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or special events (such as Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas Sale, or additional discount offers).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Products that are not part of our regular or listed catalog.
  • Returnrequests made after 30 days from the delivery date.
    (Repairs or exchanges may be available after this period and will be
    chargeable—please contact us in advance.)
  • Items sent to our registered address without prior approval.

Please note: Any return shipped without prior confirmation will not be accepted or processed. Dvik Jewels is not responsible for items returned without authorization.

Return Inspection & Conditions

All approved returns will undergo a strict quality inspection
(QC) upon receipt.

  • If the item shows signs of wear, damage, rough use, or third-party modifications, deductions may apply based on its condition.
  • You will be informed of the QC results and any applicable deductions before the refund is processed.
