Ready-to-Ship / Listed Products

Within 24 hours of placing your order:
You may request a cancellation. A refund will be issued after deducting a 6% transaction fee.

After 24 hours:
Cancellations may still be possible; however, a cancellation or restocking fee will apply. The exact charges will depend on the order status and whether production or shipping has already begun.
We will inform you of the applicable fees before processing the cancellation.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Orders that are custom-made, personalized, or modified (including engraving, special sizing, or design changes) cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.
